12. Resource Library assistant and videos
When you submit a question to the Resource Library assistant, we send your question and up to six recent conversation messages to OpenAI through Replit AI Integrations to generate a response grounded in our product guides. Please do not include passwords, confidential information, or sensitive personal data. This processing supports our legitimate interest in providing product support.
The conversation is held in the current page's memory and is not saved by the Resource Library chat backend. Reloading the page clears the visible conversation. The backend does not log question text, conversation history, or answer text. Our hosting and AI providers process requests under their own applicable terms and privacy notices; this does not mean that their systems retain no data.
We use the connection IP address temporarily for abuse prevention and rate limiting. The in-memory rate-limit window is ten minutes; server request logs may also include operational information such as request paths and status codes.
Resource videos are embedded from Loom. Loading or playing an embedded video connects your browser to Loom, which may process your IP address, device information, and cookies according to its privacy practices. You can browse the guides without submitting a question to the AI assistant.
